• We use 2" x 6" boards in our exterior walls as opposed to the industry standard of 2" x 4".  This guarantees a solid home built to withstand most anything.
• Our foundations incorporate continuous footers with rebar and a concrete-incased base
• We cover every exterior wall with plywood - not just plastic energy wrap.  
  

Apart from durability, our homes afford livability.  Some of the distinctive features of our homes include:

• Nine-foot (9') ceilings in our homes give tremendous amounts of space.  With our open floor plans, our homes breathe comfort.
• Berber carpet is used throughout in conjunction with wood and tile laminate flooring.  Optional.
• Lawns come landscaped and pre-sodded to help you get a head start on your yard.
